Transcripts + Verifications

We understand the importance of accurate and timely transcripts and verifications for the academic and professional endeavors of our students and alums.

This page is designed to allow students and alums of the Chicago, Online, and Vancouver campuses to easily access or request the information they need, whether it’s acquiring an official or unofficial transcript or verifying enrollment status or degree conferral.

If you are an alum of our Toronto, Montreal, or Fort Wayne partner institutions, please follow the steps provided for the Chicago and Online campuses for acquiring an official or unofficial transcript.

Transcripts

An official transcript is a comprehensive record of your academic achievements and coursework completed. It bears the official seal and signature of the Registrar, indicating its authenticity. Official transcripts are typically required for official purposes such as applying to other educational institutions, seeking employment, or professional licensing.

An unofficial transcript provides a snapshot of your academic record but does not bear the official seal or signature of the institution. It may be used for personal reference or informal purposes such as reviewing coursework or monitoring progress toward graduation. While an unofficial transcript is useful for personal use, they may not be accepted by other institutions or employers requiring official documentation.

Enrollment + Degree Verification

Students and alums can request official letters from the Office of the Registrar verifying their education. Please complete the Enrollment and Degree Verification Form for the campus you attended.

For lenders, employers, background screening firms, and third-party requestors:

Third-party requests are made by individuals or entities other than the student who attended Adler.

The National Student Clearinghouse provides degree and enrollment verifications on behalf of Adler University. Requests will not be taken or provided via phone or email.

All verifications for third parties are provided in compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights (U.S.) and Privacy Act and the Personal Information Protection Act (Canada).
