Official Transcripts
Adler University’s Office of the Registrar releases academic transcripts in compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Vancouver campus also releases academic transcripts in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Academic transcripts and the information contained in academic transcripts may not be further disclosed without the prior written consent of the student identified by the transcript.
All transcript requests must include the student’s written consent (the record owner). Requests are not accepted by phone.
Chicago & Online (including former locations: Montreal/Toronto/Fort Wayne)
Official transcripts are ordered and paid for online through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Payment for the full amount of a transcript order must be received before the order can be processed.

Vancouver
Please complete and submit the Transcript Request Form found under Student Forms for the Vancouver campus under the Students/Alum drop-down menu to request an official transcript. Transcripts for Vancouver students and alum cannot be ordered through the Clearinghouse.

- Login to Colleague Self-Service, Self-Service.
- Upon access, select Academics from the menu on the far left.
- Select Unofficial Transcript.
